I have just been forwarded a flyer about a very interesting ramadhan-public-talk and dinner being held at Prince Court Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur on the 10th September. This will be conducted by Ms Tan Yen Sing, a Dietitian who runs their Lifestyle Centre. She will unveil tips on how one can sustain your energy and maintain a healthy lifestyle during this Ramadhan.
There will also be a live cooking demonstration by their Chef and I have to say the food is good there.

Relay For Life KL 2008 will be held on 31st May-1st June, the weekend of World No Tobacco Day and International Cancer Survivor’s Day, at the MSN Training Stadium, Bukit Jalil. We celebrate the advances in cancer, knowing that more cancers are being prevented and for those with cancer, more lives are being saved. We remember the loved ones lost and vow to fight back to make a difference in the lives of the future generation.
What a great event Amanita and Prince Court Medical Centre held this morning. Dr Harjit gave an excellent talk on breast awareness to about 50 women and a sprinkling of men (i think one!) All our guests were given a hospital tour..some liken it to a hotel!
PCMC then treated us to a delicious lunch and lots of chat.
Need to do these events more often to encourage women to manage their preventitive health!
