Faced with trying to maintain or recapture what it was that made you feel feminine and desirable before your diagnosis is not always easy. The BreastCareSite.com has an excellent article that every woman diagnosed with breast cancer and her partner should read. Sex is so rarely discussed as it is often very uncomfortable for partners and the medical professionals caring for them but if issues arise do ask for help as relationships are very precious.

These are available to download and are free! I was given this book when I was diagnosed and it certainly answered many of my questions.
Did you know that the Australian Federal Government now gives everyone a free breast prosthesis every 2 years. Come on Malaysia help me continue to advocate for this. This is an excellent use of resources compared with some of the other items being funded! Check out The National Breast and Ovarian Cancer Centre Website for some excellent resources for both breast and ovarian cancer.
virtualmedicalcentre.com is an excellent website that gives you heaps of information and advice about all sorts of diseases and medical conditions. It is an Australian based site and I found a very useful article on “Tips for changing jobs after cancer treatment”
